Deliveries may be subject to additional import duties and taxes upon their arrival in your country. We are not responsible for any customs charges or clearance delays.

Returns

Our policy lasts 10 days.

A request for exchange must be made within 10 days of purchase, providing the items have not been worn, altered or soiled and original swing tags are still attached. Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds on change of mind.

We have the right to repair or replace faulty items prior to offering you a refund.

To be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received it, unworn with original tags attached

Items exempt from being returned are: swim wear, gift cards & personal care items.

A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Any extra cost of shipping will be at the customers expense.

Any shipping and handling costs are excluded from refunds, online credits & vouchers.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
